Why VeriDry Is The Smart Choice For Property Owners

Choose your own Contractor wisely

Choose from a List of Rated Contractors. This provides you the best information in choosing a contractor that you would feel most comfortable working with on your property.

Rate the performance of your Contractor

After you have had the water damage mitigated and inspected by VeriDry, you get to answer a short questionnaire regarding the contractor's performance which is factored into the overall rating for future property owners.

Have confidence that your Property is clean and dry

Upon completion of the contractor's work, VeriDry will have an Inspector verify that the structure is clean and dry to industry standards. Once this inspection is completed, you will be provided with a third party "Certificate of Dry™".

Maintain the full Resell Value of your Property

The Certificate of Dry™, along with the mitigation scope of work and invoice, can be presented at closing when the property is sold. This will allow the property to be sold without discount due to water intrusion.
